If you order before 1pm, I aim to dispatch your letter/parcel on the same day. If ordering after 1pm, please allow 24h for dispatch (excluding Sundays).
Are you based in Manchester and want to avoid paying shipping costs? I'm available to deliver in person within 2-3 working days (City Centre area only), upon previous arrangement.

The values shown above follow the Royal Mail's pricing system for April 2021.
When choosing Standard Shipping options, please consider the compensation is only up to £20 whereas the Signed or International Tracked offer better peace of mind: up to £50 compensation. This information applies to both domestic and international shipping.

For domestic shipping (UK), the Royal Mail aims to deliver your letter/parcel the next working day, including Saturdays (1st class) or 2-3 working days, including Saturdays (2nd class). These time frames apply to both Standard and Signed options.

The Royal Mail aims to deliver International Standard letters/parcels within 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 6 to 7 working days Worldwide. If the option is International Tracked, the time frames are reduced to 3-4 working days and 5-7 working days to Europe and Worldwide respectively.

Please understand that in busier times such as holidays, your letter/parcel might take longer to arrive. Be aware of this if placing an order close to periods such as Christmas and Easter.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the post Brexit shipping policies, I cannot guarantee that the Royal Mail will deliver your letter/parcel within the time frames provided.

returns and refunds policy
When completing a purchase, both the customer and I agree to the following "Terms and Conditions":

You are responsible for entering your details correctly (personal data and shipping address) and I cannot be considered liable for any shipping mistakes due to receiving false/bad information from the customer;

If you wish to cancel your order, you have one hour to do so, free of charge. After that one hour period has passed, your order cannot be cancelled;

I cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged goods whilst these are handled by the post office services. As mentioned above, you are covered up to £20 or £50 according to your choice of shipping service;

You are entitled to a refund over an unwanted item (or items) upon contacting me within two weeks (14 working days), starting from the moment you place the order. You will have to return the item/items in question exactly as received (original packaging) to an arranged address and cover the shipping costs. Upon reception of the returned goods, you will receive the refund of the item/items price in full;

If you receive an item or items which is/are faulty (ex: blurry print, spelling errors...) and wish for a refund, you are entitled to it upon contacting me within two weeks (14 working days), starting from the moment you place the order. You will be required to provide photographic proof of the damage. Unless otherwise stated through a direct exchange with me, you will be required to return the item/items in question exactly as received (original packaging) to an arranged address and cover the shipping costs. Upon reception of the returned goods, you will receive the refund of the item/items price in full as well as the shipping costs as long as you have a receipt for it;

If you wish to exchange your faulty item/items for a new corrected version of the same design or a different design in the same size as the original, you can do so at no cost to you. Nonetheless, you will have to go through the same procedure as stated above;

If you wish to exchange an item you can do so upon contacting me within two weeks (14 working days), starting from the moment you place the order. You will have to exchange your item for a same sized item or, if you wish for a bigger one (ex: changing an A5 poster for an A4 poster) you will have to pay for the price difference. In both cases, you will be required to return the item/items in question exactly as received (original packaging) to an arranged address and cover the shipping costs. Upon reception of the returned goods and extra payment if that is the case, I will ship the new order to your address;

Please consider a period of at least 30 working days between the time you contact me for an exchange or a refund to be fully processed. This period aims to cover the necessary exchange of information between the two parties, a possible re-print and the shipping of a new order + delivery time. This period may be extended to 60 working days for exchange/refund requests placed during busier times such as Christmas and Easter.
